Warranty & Returns

1. 90-Day Limited Warranty

Ridge Runner Gear warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal intended use of the product.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse or abuse.
• Accidents.
• Unauthorized modifications.
• Improper maintenance or installation.
• Use outside the product's intended purpose.
• Normal wear and tear.

2. Warranty Claims

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Ridge Runner Gear may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product.
• Replace the defective component.
• Replace the product.
• Provide another appropriate remedy.

Proof of purchase may be required.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Ridge Runner Gear and include your name, order information, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.

3. 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Ridge Runner Gear purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We understand that outdoor gear sometimes needs to be handled or lightly tested before you know whether it is right for you.

Products may therefore be lightly used for reasonable evaluation, but they must be returned in good condition with all originally included components.

4. Return Condition

Normal signs of reasonable testing are acceptable.

Products that are damaged, abused, excessively worn, modified, altered, or returned with missing components may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please contact Ridge Runner Gear before sending any product back. We will provide return authorization and return instructions.

5. Return Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is the result of an error by Ridge Runner Gear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Ridge Runner Gear error or a covered warranty issue.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact Ridge Runner Gear as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs of the product and packaging so we can determine the best way to resolve the issue.

When Ridge Runner Gear is responsible for the problem, we will work with you to make it right.

7. A Word About 3D-Printed Products

Many Ridge Runner Gear products and components are manufactured using 3D printing.

The 3D-printing process naturally produces characteristics that may include visible layer lines, seam marks, small surface variations, minor gaps, texture differences, and slight variations in weight, color, or appearance.

These characteristics are normal features of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the intended function or performance of the product.

Color shades may also vary slightly between production batches due to variations in raw materials.

8. Product Use & Warranty Limitations

Customers are responsible for reading and following instructions, warnings, manuals, specifications, and limitations supplied with Ridge Runner Gear products.

Products should be inspected before each use. Do not continue using equipment that is damaged, excessively worn, improperly installed, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

Unauthorized modifications may affect warranty coverage when the modification contributed to or caused the claimed damage or failure.
