1. About Ridge Runner Gear

Ridge Runner Gear is a small outdoor gear company based in Georgia, designing and manufacturing practical outdoor equipment, accessories, replacement parts, and related products.

References in these Terms to “Ridge Runner Gear,” “RRG,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Ridge Runner Gear, LLC.

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial shopping purposes, including viewing product information, accessing manuals and instructional materials, contacting Ridge Runner Gear, and purchasing available products.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, content, or availability.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
  • Using automated tools to scrape, copy, harvest, or reproduce website content without permission.
  • Introducing malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
  • Using Ridge Runner Gear content, product images, manuals, or designs for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Using the website in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Product Information

Ridge Runner Gear makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, pricing, and other product details.

Because products may be improved or revised over time, minor changes in dimensions, appearance, materials, hardware, packaging, or included components may occur without prior notice when those changes do not materially alter the intended function of the product.

Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings, lighting, material batches, and manufacturing processes.

4. 3D-Printed Products

Many Ridge Runner Gear products and components are manufactured using 3D printing.

The 3D-printing process naturally produces characteristics that may include visible layer lines, seam marks, small surface variations, minor gaps, texture differences, and slight variations in weight, color, or appearance.

These characteristics are normal features of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the intended function or performance of the product.

Color shades may also vary slightly between production batches due to variations in raw materials.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order by Ridge Runner Gear.

Ridge Runner Gear reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Inventory shortages.
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.
  • Payment problems.
  • Shipping restrictions.
  • Errors affecting the availability of a product.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Ridge Runner Gear cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, or other charges may be added to the purchase price when required.

Payment must be successfully completed using an accepted payment method before an order is considered complete.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Ridge Runner Gear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

8. Limited Warranty

Ridge Runner Gear warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Accidents.
  • Unauthorized modification.
  • Improper maintenance or installation.
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Ridge Runner Gear may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the defective component, replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Please refer to our separate Warranty & Return Policy for complete warranty information.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Ridge Runner Gear products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date in accordance with our Warranty & Return Policy.

Products may be lightly used for reasonable evaluation but must be returned in good condition with all originally included components.

Products that are damaged, abused, excessively worn, modified, altered, or incomplete may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Customers should contact Ridge Runner Gear before returning any product so return authorization and instructions can be provided.

10. Product Use & Customer Responsibility

Ridge Runner Gear products are designed for specific outdoor, recreational, fishing, camping, hiking, equipment mounting, or related applications.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, manuals, specifications, and limitations supplied with a product.

Products should be inspected before each use. Do not continue using equipment that is damaged, excessively worn, improperly installed, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

11. Assumption of Risk

Fishing, hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, hunting, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

These risks may include falls, cuts, hooks, fishing line, water, weather, wildlife, terrain, equipment failure, falling objects, environmental hazards, and other conditions associated with outdoor recreation.

By choosing to participate in outdoor activities and use Ridge Runner Gear products, you accept responsibility for evaluating the conditions, using appropriate judgment, and using equipment in a manner suitable for the activity.
